What does Flower Show revenue support?
Flower Show revenue supports Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) greening efforts which help connect people through horticulture, and work together to create beautiful, healthy and sustainable communities.
Where can I get tickets?
Online at theflowershow.com. Onsite at the PA Convention Center Box Office once the Show opens. Via phone through Customer Care at 1-888-718-4253. Tickets are also available at local area retailers including: AAA Mid-Atlantic offices, Acme Markets, SEPTA ticket outlets and Wegmans Markets. Please contact individual retailers for availability.

I can’t attend, so can I get a refund?
No, but the ticket can be given away to family/friend, etc. No scalping or resale of tickets is allowed, no unauthorized sales of any kind are allowed.
What is the weekday/any day pass?
Any day passes are valid any day during posted hours. The weekday ticket is valid Monday – Friday during posted hours.
Can I leave and re-enter?
Each ticket is valid for one admission per person per day. We offer daily re-entry; be sure to get your hand stamped at the booth located by each exit escalator.
I have a ticket that I need to leave for somebody. Can I do that?
Yes, visit the Will Call Booth inside the 12th and Arch Sts. West Entrance.
Do you offer student discounts?
Student tickets (ages 17 - 24) are $21 with valid ID. You must present valid ID at the Box Office. Student tickets are valid any day of the Show.
Do you offer senior/military discounts?
We do not offer senior or military discounts.
Do you offer group discounts?

I bought my ticket online, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If you bought your ticket through theflowershow.com, you should have received an email or text to the email address or mobile number you provided during the purchase. For ticket questions, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-718-4253. If you purchased tickets on another site, please contact that site’s customer service.
Help! I lost my ticket! What should I do?
If you purchased your ticket online at theflowershow.com, please visit the Will Call Booth at 12th and Arch Sts. West Entrance where PHS staff can find and print your ticket.
I would like to join PHS as a Member. Can I do that at the Flower Show?
You can become a Member online at www.phsonline.org, call Customer Care at 1-888-718-4253 or if onsite at the PA Convention Center, visit the Membership Will Call Booth at 12th & Arch Sts. West Entrance to purchase a Membership.
I didn’t receive my Membership tickets. Where are they?

How do I get to the Flower Show?
The Flower Show is easily accessible through the City Hall station of SEPTA’s Broad Street Line, the 13th St. station of SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Line, or via SEPTA’s Regional Rails at Jefferson Station.

Are children allowed?
Yes, the Flower Show provides acres of discovery for children. Children, ages 2 – 16, require tickets; ages 23 months and younger are complimentary. Child tickets are $17 and are valid any day of the Show.
How do I rent a scooter or wheelchair?
The Pennsylvania Convention Center is ADA accessible. Once on site, manual and electronic wheelchairs are available for rent. The handicap accessible entrance is located at the corner of 11th & Arch Streets.
I have a disability, or I am attending with someone with a disability. Will I able to attend?
Yes, everyone is welcome at the Flower Show. Please know that there can be large crowds, bright colors, and loud sounds throughout the Show. You may want to consider a visit in the late afternoon or evening, as crowds are smaller in size.
Are animals allowed?
Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
Are there ATMs available at the Show?
Yes, our exclusive partner, Bank of America, provides several ATMs throughout the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Do you offer a coat check?
Coat check is offered for a fee in Room 202 at the Convention Center.

Is there a place where I can nurse my baby?
The Pennsylvania Convention Center offers two Mamava lactation suites for nursing mothers.
Do you have mobile charging stations?
The Pennsylvania Convention Center offers a complimentary charging station outside of Hall A.
Where are the entrances to the Flower Show?
12th and Arch Sts. West, 12th and Arch Sts. East, and 12th and Market Sts.
What are the hours for the Box Office and Will Call?
Will Call and Box Office will open 1 hour before the Show opens each day and close one hour before the Show ends each day.
What is an Early Morning Tour?
A private, guided tour, offered Monday – Friday at 8 am, before the Show opens to the public.
Where do I go for my Early Morning Tour?
Please meet inside the entrance of 12th and Arch Sts. West no later than 7:45 am to meet your tour guide.
Will there be food and drink available at the Flower Show?
Yes! Concessionaires with food, wine and beer are stationed throughout the Show Floor, and free wine and spirits tastings are hosted by PA Fine Wine and Spirits in the Grand Hall.
Are photographs allowed?
Yes! We encourage our guests to take casual photographs and videos of their visit for their own personal use. However, personal photographs and videos may not be used for commercial purposes. Due to the nature of the Show, we don’t allow tripods or monopods. To learn more about photography, we offer Early Morning Photography Tours led by nationally renowned photographers. On tour, you’ll learn tips and techniques and the best areas of the Show to photograph.
