It’s time to volunteer at the 2018 Flower Show—Wonders of Water, March 3 – 11, 2018. Volunteer opportunities at the Show start on Thursday, March 1, 2018.
If you are a new volunteer, you must first visit the PHS volunteer website (VolunteerHub) to create an account and select Flower Show opportunities that interest you. When you are choosing interests, please also check I‘m a NEW Flower Show Volunteer! To access VolunteerHub click here.
If you created an account in VolunteerHub for the 2017 Flower Show, please do not create another one. You can access your VolunteerHub account by signing in with your username and password by clicking here.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? in the sign in box. (No need to create a new account.)
Volunteer schedules are now posted. You can go into your VolunteerHub account today and sign up for shifts. You will receive a confirmation email through VolunteerHub each time you sign up for a shift. You will receive reminders of your shifts closer to the Show.

Flower Show Experiences
Audio Tour Assistant — NEW! Assist with drop-off and pick-up of audio tour equipment.
Butterflies Live! — Assist guests and ensure a safe environment for the butterflies.
Garden Tea — Serve guests and clear tables.
Gardener's Studio — Provide support to speakers including set up and break down.
Make & Take — Assist guests as they create small gardens and paper flower crowns.
Judging Aides, Clerks, and Stagers
Artistic Barrier Aides — Accompany judging panels, cordoning off areas to be judged.
Exhibitor Aides — Assist individuals with unloading and transporting their plants.
Horticulture Clerks and Barrier Aides — Clerks accompany judging teams. Barrier Aides secure active judging areas.
Horticulture Staging — Place individual potted plants of all sizes into display areas.
Points Assistance — Print entry cards and judging sheets. Computer knowledge is required.
Recorders — Help exhibitors enter plants and keep track of entries.
Runners — Carry entry cards and run errands on the Show Floor.

Tour Bus Greeters — Welcome guest bus groups.
