Pop-Up Workouts at the Flower Show




Philadelphia magazine's Be Well Philly is popping up at the Philadelphia Flower Show on March 8th, with two free workouts to get your heart racing. At 10 a.m., they’re bringing in DIG Yoga’s Nikki Robinson and Gina Stickney-Weddle to teach a free-of-charge, all-levels yoga class—right there at the Flower Show! And at 11:15, they’ll be cranking up the sweat factor with another free pop-up workout: boot camp with fab Philly personal trainer Holly Waters. Both classes will be 45 minutes long, and you’ll need to bring your own mat for yoga; no special equipment is needed for boot camp. Stick around to learn about backyard vegetable gardening as Be Well Philly editor Emily Leaman takes the stage at 1 p.m. to quiz a local expert on the whats, whys and hows of creating a killer at-home garden. And swing by the Be Well Philly table for awesome prizes, giveaways and more.
