There are many ways to support PHS to help improve your community.

Annual Fund– a one time donation to support our greening programs and services.

Tribute Gifts - Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, or as an expression of sympathy. Honor family and friends throughout the year. A personal acknowledgment is sent to the family or individual being honored.

Riparian Tree Plantings – $25 donation - plants a small tree in Fairmount Park, public lands or private protected lands in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.

Neighborhood Tree Plantings – $200 donation - plants a large in a Philadelphia park. 

United Way – request PHS Donor Option ID # 06197 and give year round

Monthly Gift Program – give year-long, conveniently with monthly installments.

Matching Gifts- Ask your HR department if your company has a matching gift program, so your gift to PHS could be doubled or tripled.

Appreciated Securities - Gifts of securities are simple to donate and may provide favorable tax benefits. Appreciated securities, held for more than one year, may be deducted from taxable income without paying a capital gains tax on the appreciated portion of the gift. Gifts of securities are credited on the date of transfer to PHS and are valued at the mean of the high and low quoted sales price on the day of the gift. Gifts of stock to the Annual Fund are 100% tax deductible.

Legacy Landscapes is a $12.1 million campaign to raise endowment funds to ensure that these Philadelphia Green treasures are preserved and well-managed in the future.
